When will I receive my items?

All items are produced and shipped within 6-9 business days from the purchase date, excluding order processing time (1-3 days). Please refer to the "Shipping Policy" page for more information and shipping times. If your order has not arrived on time, please contact us at Contact@Rellmy.com.

Where can I find my item?

You can check the status of your order by going to the ORDER TRACKING page. To do this, click on the "Order Details" link in the shipping confirmation email (which you receive when your product is shipped). You can also enter your order confirmation number or order tracking number on the ORDER TRACKING page in the Support section of our website.

Are products shipped internationally?

What is your exchange and return policy?

Return Instructions: If you want to return an item to Rellmy, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Pack items securely in the original packaging of the goods. All products must be returned in their original condition. If the received product is damaged, please contact our customer service. What happens if the item is "returned to sender"?

If your order is marked as "undeliverable" and returned to us, we will resend the package to you at no additional cost.

What if my item is damaged?

If your item shows defects or errors on our part, we will replace it at no additional cost. There is no need to return the damaged product. If we cannot replace the product due to stock reasons, we will refund your money or send you a similar item of your choice.

What should I do if I received the wrong product or if my product is defective?

We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please send an email to Contact@Rellmy.com, including your order number and how we made the mistake. We will take care of it for you and cover all costs to deliver the correct product, send you a new product, and pay for the shipping of the other product. We want you to know that the order processing team consists of people, unlike some who outsource these tasks to robots (as we try to combat unemployment), and they are doing their best to provide you with the best online shopping experience, but sometimes mistakes are inevitable. Therefore, we are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible! We are really sorry for what happened again!
